General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
l Overall responsible for Railway product in North China, including Enquiry handling, Business Development, coordination with global network, negotiation with railway companies and service improvement 负责北方地区的铁路运输产品的销售和运营，包括询价处理，协同全球网络，业务开发，与铁路公司洽谈，提高服务。
Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
l Keep contact with rail suppliers for rate negotiation and service review 与铁路供应商保持紧密联系，确保价格及时更新并定期回顾服务情况
l Assist commercial team to promote the rail activities 协助商务销售团队推广铁路运输产品
l Analyses costs and cost structure of railway product 分析铁路运输产品的成本组成结构
l Ensure to follow SOP and KPIs 按照SOP要求，完成KPI绩效考评
l Communicate with overseas and get feedback or instructions 与国外保持沟通获得反馈和指令
l Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents, carriers and customers 开发并维护与海外代理、供应商以及客户的关系
l Receive freight inquiries from suppliers/shippers/sales 接受来自客户和销售团队的询价
l Confirm railway tariffs with overseas agents/colleagues 与海外公司及带来确认铁路运输报价
l Provide our price to suppliers/shippers/sales etc 为客户以及销售团队提供报价
l Update new rates and tariffs to suppliers/shippers/sales etc 为客户以及销售团队定期更新价格和运价表
l Make complete pricing for multimodal transport 制定完整的多式联运报价
l Do market study to understand market trend of railway suppliers and compare the advantage 做市场调研以便了解铁路市场动向，比较优劣势
l Provide solutions based on different customer needs 根据不同客户需求提供解决方案
l Provide necessary guidance to China team during shipment handling and quotation period 为中国团队提供必要的操作和报价指导
l Other tasks assigned by management 其他管理层指派的工作
Job Requirements 任职资格
· College graduate, major in related is preferable 大专以上学历，物流相关专业优先考虑
· 6 years industry experiences 6年以上相关行业工作经验
· Knowing operation of railway shipments, has connections in the industry, understand freight forwarding handling 了解铁路操作细节并且熟悉货运代理行业
