1) Bachelor Degree or above 

    全日制本科学历或以上

2) Min 3 years sales experience of industrial package of chemical, food and consumer, be familiar with solid chemical market. Experience in customized product for end-user is preferred.  

   三年以上化工、食品、消费品工业包装领域的销售经验，熟悉固体类化工产品市场，有终端客户定制化产品销售经验者优先。

3) Strong sense of commercial and market development; excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; 

   强烈的商业和市场开发意识，卓越的谈判和人际技能；

4) Proactive, energetic, quick response and self-motivation with strong sense of achievement, good team work and self-management capability; 前摄性、积极主动、快速反应，自我激励，具有强烈的成就感，良好的团队精神和自我管理；

5)Fluent in Mandarin & English (reading/writing at least); 

   英文可读写。

Responsibility:

1) In charge of market and sales revenue development within the assigned territory and/or segments including implementing marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales target, and increase market share

   负责所辖区域的市场和销售，执行支持战略，达成乃至超越销售目标，增加市场份额。

2) Identify and develop new customers and new business in the industrial packaging market.

3) Provide support and service to  customers, establish and maintain good relations with key accounts and customers

4) Review, audit and sign contract, control receivables, ensure financial securities and company interests.

   完成售前合同的审查、签订，控制客户应收账款情况，保障财务安全和公司利益；

5) Assist customer service department to deal with production planning and delivery issues, handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.

    协助客户服务部门完成生产计划、发货安排，及时妥善处理客诉等，提升客户满意度；

6) Collect market & competitor intelligence and conduct the market surveys 

    收集分析市场和竞争对手信息；

7) Other tasks assigned by the company
