1. 收集并记录业务需求，与开发团队一起分析技术可行性，在JIRA中编写用户案例；
2. 分析提议的变更的影响，包括功能和技术变更以及模型升级；
3. 与质量检查团队一起支持回归和渐进测试；
4. 与自动化测试人员一起积极创新地确保所有新功能都经过测试，并以覆盖范围和性能添加到测试包中；
5. 确保开发的解决方案是通用且可重复使用的。



任职要求：
1. 熟悉银行、金融行业内的商业分析；
2. 较强的人际关系，解决问题和分析能力
3. 至少一种资产类别的金融数学知识
4. 技术背景，SQL和基本脚本知识
5. 能够将业务需求转换为功能需求并生成质量文档
6. 具有在金融市场环境中工作的经验。 能够在压力下工作，优先排序和交付。
7. 良好的沟通和良好的英语水平（书面和口语）
