Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities and manage potential customer
- Develop and organize training materials
- Provide Service Enhancement & Management Training Consultancy Services
- Ensure project execution to the highest quality.
- To effectively conduct the action related to the assigned tasks of market research and marketing channel development, and to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the activity and reflects on relevant sales leads.
- To effectively conduct the action related to the assigned tasks of Competitive Intelligence Campaign, and to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the campaign.
- To effectively conduct the assigned tasks of marketing events (such as seminars, exhibitions, forums etc.) Activities involve: information collection & screening out, program planning, coordinating and summarization for following up plan of the event, to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the activity and reflects on relevant sales leads.
-Be part of marketing function and be responsible for other duties assigned by Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above
- Good understanding of overall Service Industry
- At least 5 years experiences in Customer Services, Sales or Training fields. Trainer or consultant experience are preferred.
- Strong presentation skills & facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong affinity for teamwork and the ability to work independently and to undertake individual initiatives
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule and deadline
- Open-minded, creative and the ability to see new business opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational and cultural boundaries.
