Job Summary

    

Responsible for monitoring site wide utilities consumption of electric, water, sewer and natural gas. Formulates, implements, tracks and validates conservation plans to reduce consumption of these commodities. Assists in responding to and resetting site wide life safety system calls. Lead team to performs maintenance, installation and repair to environmental control and energy conservation equipment and systems. Analyze monthly utility meter readings and maintains appropriate logs. Communicates and coordinates with other team members regarding specific building utility issues in support of energy conservation initiatives. Lead team to troubleshoots, repairs, installs and operates Industrial, commercial and non-commercial electrical equipment up to 600V. Maintain the DDC/BMS (direct digital control/building management) systems site-wide. Monitor HVAC and Life Safety Systems performance site-wide.

    

Leading a team that will maintain, service, rebuild, troubleshoot, repair, and operate all electrical system in accordance to all applicable codes, standards and specifications. Management of all labor and non-labor resources to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations while maintaining superior show quality and customer satisfaction. Maintaining a high standard of Guest Satisfaction (GSAT) and Team Member Satisfaction (TSAT). Promoting safety through education and training and leading by example.

    

    

Major Responsibilities

    

Ensure the safety of all team members and guests by understanding and complying with UBR requirements and actively participating in Environmental, Health, and Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policies, procedures and training.

    

Direct and oversee the day to day operations of all industrial, commercial and non-commercial electrical equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. Including but not limited to operate all low, medium and high voltage equipment and utility systems specially focus on DDC/BMS (direct digital control/building management) systems site-wide, as it pertains to the continuous smooth operation of UBR facilities in the area of Theme Park, City Walk, Back of house, Parking, Team Housing. Ensure safety of all guests and team members as well as maintaining proper show quality.

    

Complete corrective and preventive maintenance using Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) which integrated with preventive maintenance plans, job plans/procedures, spare and consumable parts as well as safety programs.

    

Supervision electrical contractors, vendors and government agencies to secure reliable and cost-effective services and adhere to all applicable regulatory responsibilities. Conducts and oversees effective contractor negotiations.

Develops and oversees GSAT initiatives for downtime time reduction and superior operational readiness of attractions.

Qualifications

    

8+ years’ working experience on electrical system operation & maintenance and Building automation system or a fast-paced service company dedicated to electrical system repair is required. or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    

Computer literate with multiple software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, MS Project)

    

English as working language is required.

    

AutoCAD skills preferred.

    

Proficient with basic engineering deliverables such as drawings and specifications.

    

Able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts and weekends

    

Familiarity with electrical regulatory requirements and permit.

    

Experience on Honeywell building automation system preferred.

    

National electrical certification preferred.

    

    

Education

    

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation control, Building Automation Engineering is required.
