职位描述

Role:
Build and guard the brand image, closely collaborate with sales team to fulfill the business strategies and targets.

Accountabilities:
1、Develop and implement the visibility program, guarantee the quality of merchandising and keep the merchandising display in high premium level to accord with the brand image.
2、Develop and implement local promotion initiatives, and finish relevant evaluation report. Closely liaise with brand manager to ensure the support and local execution for national marketing campaigns.
3、Manage vendors and advertising agencies, ensure the correct operation of brand ID
4、Provide the relevant training for sales team and sales promoters.
5、Collect market intelligence and industry information from the market place, share in interior timely
6、Identify the market opportunity, closely work with sales team to come up with the channel development plan based on different channel characteristics, ensure the plan’s execution and finish the relevant evaluation.
7、BTL resource management through planning, execution, assessment of the image building budget.
8、Conduct daily market visit with sales team and keep a good relationship with clients

Education / qualifications:
1、Good command of English communication with foreign clients (verbal, written),oversea background is a plus
2、Bachelor degree or above, strong expertise in field marketing planning and execution (could also be combination of sales experience & brand experience)
3、3 years + relevant experience in beverage of packaged goods business with multi-national companies in China is preferred
4、Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
5、Good PC skills, particularly good command of Excel and PowerPoint
