Purpose
Responsible for the daily HR & Admin work allocation and delivery quality by leading a team in the centre, reporting to Centre Director and dot line reporting to HR Director.
Key Accountabilities
? HR operations in the Centre level, includes:
- Follow HR procedures made by headquarter, and responsible for the implementation of all the HR & Admin policies in the centre level, and provide the feedback to headquarter.
- Prepare and file labor contract, offer , training record and other HR & Admin related document;
- Manage the social insurance and housing fund for all the staff,
- Manage the whole recruitment according to HR process and department requirements, handle the new staff on board and left staff process accurately,
- Coordinate with all the department for all the new staff training, including the general part(new staff orientation, FCPA training) and specific part according to each department requirements;
- Arrange the training activities for all the departments in the centre according to the training plan,
- Follow the performance review process and control the quality of execution,
- Provide the attendance report for salary calculation in the headquarter and assist the payroll related work,
- Manage all staff’s annual leave, OT, and other leaves.
- Assist other department to monitor staff daily performance and behavior to meet company standard.
- Manage the employee relationship related activities,
- Maintain the good relationship with the related government,
- Manage the related licenses and responsible for the renewal,
- Complete other temporary works assigned by the Centre Director and HR Director
? Admin operations in the Centre level, include:
- Manage daily admin work in the centre and keep the office in a good order
- Manage the office supplies/equipment /contacts filing, especially the leasing contract with tenants, ensure all the regular cross checking with legal department in the headquarter,
- Monitor the quality of the work delivered by the team,
- Manage and train the team to strictly follow the document chop policy,
- Cross check the duty roaster record every month, especially for control room, CS staff, finance staff, etc.
Knowledge and Skills
? Bachelor or Associate degree
? Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Chinese
? Efficiency in English communication
? With related HR and administration working experiences
? IT skills: Advanced level Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Intermediate Excel
