The Dell GCT PCBA Team is looking for a highly motivated, sharp, detail-oriented CS/EE graduate student to work on Dell Product PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) test development.

 

1.      Assists test developers on design and develop hardware devices, testers/fixtures for Dell product PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) test; Assist on test validation according to test plan, setup test fixture for validation.

2.      Validates and debugs PCBA test software or tools and reports to test developers on the result.

3.      Maintains PCBA Team source code revision control.

4.      Participates in the creation of design, functional, technical, and/or user documentation, as needed.

5.      Works as junior DBA and accurately logs test data into PCBA test appropriate databases, ensures Dell PCBA test is meeting throughput, capacity, and quality goals.

6.      Assists with supplier test engineers during product test development processes; ensures test issue fixes are implemented timely at all supplier sites, Identifies and communicates any risks to PCBA test engineers on actual supplier deployment status.

7.      Participates in DFT review and continuously helps drive supplier for improvements and reports to PCBA engineers on the status.

8.      Participates in supplier evaluations, audits and training events, works as an admin to coordinate various event activities assigned by managers.

 

Qualification：

1. Master’s Degree of Computer Science, EE or ME. 

2. Good ASM/C/C++/VC++ language programming skill     

3. Good ability of English reading and writing. 

4. Familiarity with MS office applications such as word, excel, PowerPoint, Viso, etc, knowledge of macro development is an advantage   

5. Good understanding of basic knowledge of PC architecture, ability to read schematics is nice to have.
