The mission of the Planning & Fulfillment function is to support profitable growth by ensuring the accurate tactical planning of our demand and our operations, optimizing inventory and resource management and the perfect fulfillment of customers’ orders. This mission is achieved by balancing and improving five metrics: customer on-time delivery, inventory, lead-time, forecast accuracy and resource optimization.
ABB Turbocharging manufactures and maintains turbochargers for engines on ships, power stations, diesel locomotives and large, off-highway vehicles. We focus on how to help our customers today, while driving innovation in anticipation of future challenges.
Partner of Local PL managers and Sales managers to drive excellence and effectiveness in commercial process optimization, including establishing effective and efficient commercial process, providing high quality and transparent sales forecast. Support business of IATU for contract management whilst ensuring compliance in legal and trade compliance and guidelines.
- Supporting PL and sales managers of IATU to prepare the customer negotiation and draft agreement.
- Ensuring legal and trade compliance before signing contract.
- Responsible for supporting PG controller and PL managers of IATU to identify potential risk in contract.
- Maintaining contract overview by strategic cooperation agreement and order contract.
- Following up the contract expired time with proper extension for strategic agreement.
- Governance during lifecycle of the contract.
- Ensuring all contracts in line with risk review process according to Division and BU policy and input risk review database, reviewing contracts and identity the potential risk.
- Preparing full cost calculation supported by controlling team and coordinating and organize the pre-review and official risk review.
- Following up the approval of risk review and standardize Local PG demand forecast process including SAP and ATURB configuration.
- Maintain master data for sales forecast such as customer data and sales prices and input sales forecast according to PG forecast rule in SAP (internal & external).
- Preparing and reviewing PG demand forecast report and prepare IBP demand PPT and have PG demand review meeting with Global.
- Analyzing forecast risk and deviation and preliminary financial revenue outlook from demand view.
- Challenging forecast quality and responsible for continuous improvement on forecast quality
- Build global forecast platform (next step) and maintaining master data in SAP SD module including customer master data, price list etc.
- Maintaining customer price overview and executing customer pricing calculation, application and yearly price review.
- Credit management including credit application, credit control compliance, coordination with country credit manager.
- Revenue forecast follow up and monitor to achieve OREC and revenue by monthly basis and overdue follow up with salesperson and customers and WIP follow up and clearance for sales order related.
- Matching parts return process and ensure ICoFR compliance and ensuring compliant incentive letter and maintain incentive letter overview including provision calculation.
- Monitoring incentive letter execution including end-user incentives check and approval request from SST, providing FOC record, special discount report open liabilities
- Providing matching parts list to application engineering, and push AE to clearance the matching parts (coordination with OP)
- Delivery coordination with relevant stakeholders but not take delivery follow up role
- Supporting order processing for prioritization of orders between different engine builders. And decision/support reg. Mode of transportation based on pre-evaluation (costs, time, root cause analysis) from OP.
- Supporting sales by preparing and attending customer Meeting and visiting customer together with sales representative.
- Preparing quotation non-listed product in signed agreement and OREC, Revenue and OBL monthly report.
- Forecast report and forecast accuracy analysis and providing monthly CM2% report with good quality.
- Topline budget and support strategic planning for topline and order cancellation report
- Overdue report.

- Must have bachelor's degree in business law or related.
- 3 years of contract or legal management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Should be fluent in Mandarin and good communication in English.
- Must be familiar as a user of SAP ERP system and MS Office applications.
