Global Banking

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of VP, CPM, GB HBCN.

In this role, you will:

·To take charge of the CPM Corporates in GB China. The jobholder will be required to achieve revenue maximization, via proactively cross-selling, robust balance sheet planning and vigorous relationship management/development.

·To join-up with key product partners in DCM, ECM, PEF, PCM, TSC and Global Markets to secure the high profile and lucrative mandates, with a view to continually elevating the Non Fund Income and enhancing the profitability return.

·To ensure good quality of the lending portfolio and compliance with internal credit/compliance policies and external regulatory requirements.

·To support and implement on a local and/or regional basis the global client strategic marking plan developed by GRMs.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·A university degree (recognized by the state) holder with at least 5 to 8 years of Corporate Banking experience in top-tier financial institutions.

·Extensive experience in managing the large corporates and structuring sizable/complex lending transactions.

·Proven success in achieving notable cross-sell success jointly with product partners.

·Conversant with the HSBC credit policies and lending culture.

·Fluent speaker of English, and Mandarin.
