Commercial Graduate Program
Our program aims to look for future commercial talents who can have solid industry knowledge and insight, strong commercial capability during our 2- year shinning graduate program.

We will offer you the opportunities to rotate in 3 business divisions with different commercial roles like business development, marketing, sales. With the strong individual development plan and the coaching from our industrial experts and senior leaders, you will benefit a direct and good understanding of our business and industry, will gain a comprehensive knowledge for different commercial roles, and will develop your leadership skill toward becoming a future Novozymes leader. We hope that you are with MBA/Master degree and graduate in 2020 or 2021, with 2-3 years working experience (for fresh postgraduates , no working experience is also fine), and we prefer that your bachelor degree is chemical, biology, food or relevant, as it will help you to better understand our business and play your role. Characteristics of the ideal candidate include:

• A strong commercial orientation and the ambition to build a career in the commercial side of business
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Quick learner, enjoying the challenge of unfamiliar task
• Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal English
• Outgoing personality with a natural inclination to liaise and network with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
• Drive and ability to take initiative and lead the way

Novozymes finds enzymes in nature and optimize them for use in industry. In industry, enzymes replace chemicals and accelerate production processes. They help our customers make more from less, while saving energy and generating less waste.
Enzymes are widely used in laundry and dishwashing detergents where they remove stains and enable low temperature washing and concentrated detergents.
Other enzymes improve the quality of bread, beer and wine, or increase the nutritional value of animal feed. Enzymes are also used in the production of biofuels where they turn starch or cellulose from biomass into sugars which can be fermented to ethanol.
