Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Business Director or Business Development Manager for a mid size FRENCH ARCHITECTURE STUDIO to join their office in Shanghai.
This person has to be a Bilingual (English & Chinese), Chinese National worked in Architecture design industry. MBA degree is a plus.
This person has to have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience, confident and outgoing with a lot of Architectural contacts/connections in China.
The main Business Development responsibilities are:
- Work together with account manager to maximise opportunities with current clients and establish new relationships.
- To assist with contract negotiations
- Structure presentations to new/existing clients
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Have a strong marketing background that can successfully communicate ideas and information throughout the company; work together with marketing team for BD strategy.
