职位描述
The Turnaround (TA) Cost Controller will report to TA event manager and will use his/her professional experience and knowledge, Cooperate with regulations and Turnaround management’s requirement to implement TA event controlling work etc. Ensure TA events make good use of controlling methods and identify the deviations. Under site TA event manager’s instruction, control and manage the TA costs based on TAs approved budgets, follow up timely TA expenditures, identify major gaps and readjust, if any, develop claim strategy and conduct evaluation upon requirements.
TA Controller Specialist Key Roles & Responsibilities are as following but not limited to:
- Align with TSM Turnaround Management, implement cost controlling concept, procedure, workflow, and template
- Implement cost breakdown structure, WBS and harmonize with TA event
- Following event schedule, ensure event cost controlling methods being well
executed
- Monitor event cost performance.
- Maintain event assignment sheet.
- Monitor & Track scope changes between Roser & SAP.
- Support Monthly Progress Report issue, provide forecast & spending status.
- Provide cashflow report
- Implement and control interface between AES and SAP to guarantee the Work package cost transparency & payments
- Implement and control the interface between Roser and SAP to guarantee the PR issuing
- Implement WPA adjustment to guarantee cost trace-back to AKZ
- Support procurement for PR/PO issues to implement cost controlling in event.
- Create PM orders
- Invoice, payment check and control
- Implement Cost Estimation for preparation of the budget
- Support e-AR application
- Monitor & track man-hours including COV via Time control system
- Perform cost forecast and updating when facing cost challenges
- Identify the deviations and risks
- Provide the complexity key figures of Shut-downs & Turnarounds of TA event as part of Turnaround Organizational Process Assets
- Identify CI/EX based on TES & Accounting guidelines
- Implement event capitalization and close-out actions
- Year-end accrual
- Lead Teamwork
- Implement lessons learned after execution within required time line
- Keep close contact and seek for necessary solutions from TA management.
Work Relations (not limited to):
- Turnaround management, TA event management, TA cost controlling, Planning Team, Scheduling, Procurement, Material Management, Asset accounting, Production controlling, Internal Accounting, External Accounting, Account payable. Contractor Management, TA Coordination team. TA competence team, Central Warehouse team. Reliability manager. P&T head. Site management. Technical Site management. TES team, others.
Wished skills / Competence / Qualifications:
- Sufficient English communication skills in oral and written on commercial and technical fields
- Chinese native language(Mandarin)
- Familiar with western culture and experience in cooperation with western people
- Accounting& Controlling, Business, Commercial background will be preferred
-100% familiar with company investment project & Turnaround controlling system, regulation etc.( SAP, AES, AES-Biz, Roser etc.)
- Basic knowledge of investment project execution
- Good knowledge of Maintenance and Turnaround execution
- Good knowledge of project management
- Be able to use influence capability to get job done efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of Window 7 operating system, MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and network applications
- Ability to resolve discrepancies
- Willing to learn and readiness to improve capabilities in weak areas which is necessary to improve current job performance
- Willing to take new challenges
- Flexible in working time
- Strong spirit of teamwork
- Readiness to do overtime works if required
