Linux SA 3HC,  要求比较Sr ，入职后能take 工作任务的人选，对其中一个or 两个人选有IBM 小型机 管理经验（型号不要太强求），有exadata 经验， 或者UCS 经验，Linux SA 是basic 要求后面三项人选如果有相关经验

skillset Requirement

?             Intermediate level of SUSE OS (SLES 12 and SLES 15) environment and Systems Administration

?             Experience with working with IBM LPAR's             

?             Intermediate level of RedHat OS environment and Systems Administration

?             Excellent verbal and written communication skills

?             Good Problem solving skills

?             Good attitude to learn and implement

?             Proficient in writing and working with technical writing documentation tools

?             Ability to work both individually and in teams, in a dynamic and ever-changing environment

?             Interact with various teams to projects are delivered timely and accurately

 

Good to have - 

·         Experience working with configuration management tool (Chef/Puppet/Ansible)

·         Experience working on IBM hardware

·         Experience working with security scan software and vulnerability management

 

Responsibilities - 

·         Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Linux systems

·         Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems

·         Provide Tier 1 support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems

·         Design, configure, monitor and maintain Linux systems to provide optimum performance and system availability

·         Gather performance and data usage statistics for capacity planning and reporting

·         Generate and maintain documentation of the Linux and Storage environments

·         Patch and maintain Linux systems at supported levels

·         Interact with various teams for security standard enforcement

·         Design, implement and maintain system security across Linux platforms

·         Create and implement shell scripts for automation, system monitoring and alerting

·         Design and maintain operating system backup solutions for system recovery and disaster recovery

·         Document internal procedures

·         Perform standard administration tasks (OS installs, patch management, user management)

·         Build/deploy primarily Linux systems using approved imaging processes for physical and virtual systems

·         Work to fulfill Linux service requests, resolve incidents and implement changes in a timely manner

·         Monitor environment health utilizing various tools

·         Ensure proper security policies and protocols are utilized

·         Work alongside the IT team in designing and implementing scalable systems

·         Must have good understanding of RedHat and SUSE Linux, configuration files and differences between various versions of OS
