1. General office functions

2. Answer the phone, provide and receive information concerning matters related to the employing department

3. Keep the record of incoming calls, customers inquiry or complaints and keep relevant sales or marketing personnel informed

4. Establish and maintain a variety of files and records of related sales documents

5. Independently prepare reports (such as end-user customer database, PE report and etc.)

6. Arrange for sales meetings and conferences

7. Maintain a calendar for the department head and assures that complete information is available for all matters

8. Perform secretarial work of a complex nature for department head

9. Arrange travel for department head and coordinate travel for guests of the GBU

Perform such other duties as may be assigned

§ Bachelor Degree with major in Administration Management or relevant

§ 3-5 years related working experience in MNC or international company

§ Knowledge of a specialized field such as accounting, drafting, foreign trade, statistics, time study

§ General office management experience

§ Operation of office equipment

§ Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.)

§ Excellent Written and verbal English capabilities
