Responsibilities:

Provide first-class service to customers, ensuring that all purchase order is processed in an efficient way.
Make sure that all deliveries match the correct products, quantities, prices, place and date of delivery.
Establish a temporary order entry system
Ensure that orders are processed in an efficient and customer oriented way.
Responsible for forecasting and follow up on accuracy and logistical performance.
Responsible for imports and warehousing.
Secure optimal domestic transport in terms of price and quality and assist CIG in international shipments.
Maintain an updated overview of stock levels, delivery time and landed cost.
Manage deliveries in accordance with agreed credit limits and terms.

Qualifications:

Education and training:
Degree holder in relevant field
Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
Other languages or dialects will be an advantage.
Experiences:
Minimum 8 years' experience of logistics background and CSM experience, at least 3 years management experience
Have strong IT skills and experience using an order entry and stock control system
Personality:
Good communication skills
Logical and reasonable thinking, quick action and self-motivation, positive and matured approach
Team player
Good business understanding and good sense of structure
