Role summary:

This role is responsible for driving service business in North China, including building relationship with KA, working with distributors, close service contract order and sales forecast, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve service sales budget related to service contract including new and renew

2. Manage sales activities for different status: warranty expire, winback (new opportunity for no contract), renew, etc.

3. To develop, follow-up, solution present, negotiation and close sales order.

4. To collaborate with regional team and distributors to penetrate service business to end users

5. Train distributors for selling service if necessary

6. Weekly report on customer visit

7. Accept long-time travel

Skill:

1. Consultative /service sales and negotiation skill, prefer in IVD or medical device

2. Work experience on long term customer relationship approach

3. Legal and commercial knowledge

4. Education to bachelor level, prefer biology, medical related

5. Team-work spirit
