Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks （temperary and 1 year contract for this position）

1. Dunning for local clients

2. Posting the local invoice

3. Local tax invoice issuance according to the request from operation

4. Update the tax invoice number in FM3000

5. Cashier works 

6.Process foreign currency payment through bank (show the invoice copy of ‘Buying of foreign currency’). Then, pass the bank advice to Processing team of Shanghai for preparing the bank payment voucher

7. Review the payment requests from operation and submit payment request to AP team in Shanghai

8. Prepare the original voucher supporting and submit to Shanghai filling team

9. Weekly checking the job register report and billing performance of operation.

10. Push OPS to fill in the comments of minus positions in AS400.

11. Prepare the estimation report.

12. Prepare AR settlement in SAP

13. Monthly tax declaration

14. Assist in administration work

Personal Qualification：

1.at least 1 year experience or above in accounting

2.Fluent in written English and Mandarin

3.Good communication skills
