Job Description:

I. Staff reimbursement and third parties payment handling

1. Check and process all staff reimbursements, including travelling, training, and other expenses claim etc.

2. Third parties’ payments checking and processing

3. Proceed all AP payments clearance in SAP system

II. Assigned Stores sales reconciliation, lease related expenses checking

1. Perform assigned stores sales reconciliation and send confirmation with the landlords.

2. Checking assigned stores’ lease related expense/ cost checking, reconciliation and posting

III. VAT invoices and other tax related matter handling

1. Issue VAT invoices to the landlord for the consignment stores’ and send the VAT to landlord

2. Handling other tax related work, such as input VAT verification, tax invoices purchase for SH branches, etc.

IV. Other tasks

1. Other ad hoc tasks assigned to this position

Request:

1. Above bachelor degree and major in Fin or Accountant

2. about 2-3 years related working experience

3. Retail or FMCG industury to be prefered
