职位描述
岗位职责：
1，管理驻场小物业团队，对环境卫生、邮件收发、行政客服和客户满意度负责；
2，负责对接客户沟通，达成客户满意度并完成月度体验提升计划
3，负责管理客户体验群，要求能够快速响应，定期通知和问题库及话术更新
4，负责办公空间管理协调工作
5，负责管理项目的环境服务，日常管理工作，包括：人员岗位布置、年度工作计划的制定与实施、员工培训的制定与实施
6，负责带领团队识别服务范围，明确岗位职责，完善服务流程，持续改进服务水平
7，负责管理应急突发事件的处理、协调、联系、***时间的信息反馈等工作
任职资格：
1 物业客服经理经验3年+，其中管理经验2年+；
2 善沟通、抗压力强、结果导向、亲和力强，头脑思路清晰；
3 大专以上学历，40岁以下；
4 能接受互联网加班模式；
