Lab Assistant Analyst, Tianjin

We’re recruiting a QC Assistant Analyst to work in QC Chemical Lab team to fulfill daily quality control tasks. You will perform Matrix and Per se stability tests and instrumental analysis from written standard procedures, compendia or literature. You need to coordinate with Formulation Development, Technical Service and R&D departments regarding stability studies. You will maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all tests and work performed. You need to follow all laboratory safety and hygiene rules.You will have opportunity to learn and practices on below key tasks in this position:

• Perform routine chemical tests and instrumental analyses from written standard procedures and others tests assigned by team leader, supervisor and/or QC lab manager. 按照标准程序进行常规化学试验和仪器分析并且完成组长，主管和（或者）QC 实验室经理分配的试验。
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records containing all data and calculations for each test performed. 确保每一个完成试验所有数据和计算结果的准确性和及时性。
• Register daily analysis data to relevant systems. 在相关系统内录入每天的分析数据。
• Perform standardization and/or maintenance on instrument and apparatus used for chemical analysis, and assists in troubleshooting. 执行标准化操作并且（或者）维护化学分析的设备和仪器，协助解决问题。
• Perform general lab daily work, especially related to ISO system. 执行实验室日常工作，尤其是与ISO 体系相关的工作。
• Follow all laboratory safety rules and good housekeeping practices. 遵守实验室所有的安全规程和好的持家实践。
• Perform other duties assigned by team leader, supervisor and/or QC lab manager. 履行由组长，主管和（或者）QC 实验室经理分配的其他职责。

In this position, you need to have

• Bachelor degree majored in a biology, chemistry, bioengineering etc., 1-2 years’ lab experience as an assistant analysis staff本科毕业， 生物， 化学， 生物工程专业， 1-2年实验室工作经验。
• Good English to totally understand working procedures and methods. 良好的英语读写能力， 可以正确理解实验流程和方法。
• Manual dexterity is necessary to perform duties 良好的动手能力。
• Visual acuity of determination of analysis对分析测定具有敏锐度。
• Good communication skills and excellent team player良好的沟通技巧和团队协作精神。
