• Leading the set-up of the Finance function in DTI, support the company strategic goals to improve the efficiency and integrity of the financial team in compliance with corporate policies and workflows;

• Perform, monitor, manage and ensure that all accounting transactions are correct and compliant with GAAP, IFRS, Tax and other regulatory requirements including corporate policies and procedures;

• Leading accounting, treasury, tax and audit activities;

• Prepare analysis report of the company’s financial performance, provide all necessary information required by top management;

• Monitoring and tracking accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed assets & depreciation.

• Implement an efficient month-end closing process.

• Acting as liaison person and facilitator of the Regional CFO inside DTI;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a closely related field. Master degree / MBA will be a plus;

  财务、会计相关专业，本科学历, 硕士/MBA 优先；

• Minimum 12 years’ experience of accounting; controlling and auditing;

  至少12年以上的财会、成本控制和审计相关经验；

• Previous experience of at least 3 years in a Finance Director or CFO role;

  至少3年以上财务总监或首席财务官职位经验；

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial planning & reporting;

• Proficient in business evaluation and financial modeling;
