Mission

 

perform incoming inspection according to quality spec and report defects, working with SQA to make quality improvement.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

1.- ? Inspects incoming parts according to drawing, spec and inspection plan                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

2.-? update inspection plan with inspection leader, QE                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

3.-? make NCR report for nonconforming parts                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

4.-?update system for parts transfer in SAP                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

5.-? Recheck parts after repair                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

6.-? support production line for problem solving from incoming inspection point of view.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

7.-? May assist quality supervisor in an advisory capacity in proper inspection methods and procedures and may check their work for accuracy and acceptability.                                                                                                                                         

Qualification Required:

 

? It is better have a minimum of 1 years machine experience, preferably in the general machine industry Detail and assembly inspection experience including dimensional/positional accuracy within engineering conformity requirements                                                                                                                   

? use all kinds of inspection tools, caliper, micrometer, dial indicator,hardness tester, coating tester, etc                                                                                                                    

? Experience with geometric dimensioning & tolerance techniques, strong reading and interpretation skills of engineering, blueprints                                                                                                                 

? Applicable for three working shift.                                                                                                                    

?English is plus; SAP is plus

 

                                                                                                                       

? Technical school and above. Mechanical major is must, equivalent practical experience will be considered.
