Key Responsibilities 

    

Develop and Execute Company Initiated Study(CIS)：

• Develop Company Initiated Studies to get scientific evidence for new products or new solution for marketing or registration purposes.
• Screen and recruit CRO, develop the budget and timetable of each program, monitor the progress, and solve problems in time to guarantee the quality of the study.
• Conduct the clinical monitoring and control study quality, oversee CRO's work at each stage of each study from start-up to execution and to the close-out phase, according to national law and regulation, study protocol and company SOP.
• Cooperate with CRO to prepare clinical research files for the writing of the study report and the publication of the research.

                    

Develop and Support Investigator Initiated Study(IIS)

• Come up with study programs according to marketing strategies, finding suitable dental experts to initiate the study.
• Communicate with HQ and help the investigator to apply for the conduction of the study and respective product support.
• Support the investigator during the study and follow up the study progress and research publication.
• Develop KOL during the study in close cooperation with the Academy.

                    

Prepare scientific materials as sales and marketing tools

• Develop and provides scientific materials according to marketing strategies of all dental product groups to the sales teams (priorities according to the alignment with the marketing director) ， help them to deliver professional and science-based messages about product benefits and features to customers.
• Cooperate with the dental product groups for scientific research and get international scientific research information and resources.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and support the products registration， searching for and supplying scientific papers.

                

    

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in stomatology, clinical, life sciences or other relevant technical areas. Advanced degree desirable
• Minimum 5 years clinical study and marketing experience in medical device relevant industry. Dental industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial concepts and practices
• Strong client and vendor relationship management skills
• Good sense of teamwork
• High implementation capacity and ability to solve problems
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proactive and strong strive to succeed
• Planning and logic thinking
