Create / Adapt / Maintain master files to ensure accuracy of the tool
Create / Adapt / Maintain manuals or videos to ensure user-friendliness of the tool
Conduct trainings for new users
Support the transfer from different local tools to this web-based tool
Analysis of KPIs with reports
Reports identifying weak points in data integrity ® Input for Controlling

Requirements / Skills:

Excel master / SAP knowledge
Able to go into details as well as summarize with main points
