天津招聘

（一）岗位职责：

？ To provide secretarial, administrative and business support to Biometrics science Beijing site.
？ To provide assistant to handle phone calls, messages, incoming and outgoing mails, expense claim, maintain the calendars, ordering stationary and other logistic activities to support Biometrics science Beijing site daily business operation.
？ Undertake general administrative duties for senior leaders including visa application, travel arrangement and reimbursement process.
？ Manage and assist 4 departments ( Biostatistics, Programming, IDS and Medical Writing in Beijing) meeting preparations, take and issue minutes of meetings and manage follow up actions as required on behalf of senior leaders
？ Prepare, translate, type, edit and copy documents including strategy documents, departmental documents, presentation slides, communication letters, speech, reports, meeting materials etc.
？ Be a coordinator or administrator or facilitator at team buildings, center activities, major company events which included but not limited in organizing events, communicating with in/out function lines, managing /reporting budgets and cost, and draft trip reports and/or lessons learned
？ Effective communication and coordination with internal and external clients.
？ Any other special tasks, duties or assignments given or ordered by senior leaders of biometrics science center.

（二）任职资格：

？ Education: Bachelor degree or above;
？ 3 year above work experiences in multinational company preferred;
？ Good command in both English and Chinese;
？ Be Proficient in the use of office software, Word, Excel and PPT.

（三）工作地点：北京市 朝阳区 建国路77号 华贸中心
