About the role:

• 提供进驻客户工作现场的行政设施管理服务
• 工作地点为厦门市湖里区

What this job involves:

• 访客接待，电话接听
• 管理及支援收发室工作，会议室管理等工作
• 负责行政类服务供应商管理及行政后勤保障工作，包括但不限于清洁，绿化，虫害等
• 办公用品的预算及采购管理工作，包括但不限于文具，饮用水，茶水间用品等
• 供应商付款管理
• 办公室固定资产管理
• 负责工程服务维修工单的管理
• 跟进上级交待的工作
• 月度报告的整理

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

• 专科以上学历，主修行政管理，物业管理或其他相关专业
• 良好的沟通协调能力，良好的客户服务意识
• 工作积极主动，具有团队精神，独立开展工作，能承受工作压力
• CET-4相当英语能力，包括听，说，读，写
• 熟悉电脑及办公软件的使用
• 欢迎应届毕业生
