关键职责：

Key Responsibilities：

1.在助理董事/经理/高级估算师/测量师指导下，独立、准确、及时地完成交办的各项工作；

With the guidance from assistant directors/managers/senior estimators/surveyors, all tasks assigned can be independently, accurately and timely completed.

2.负责对项目不同阶段的图纸进行工程量计算。

In charge of work value calculating per the drawings during each project progress stage

3.负责收集、整理造价相关资料。

Be responsible for collecting and sorting data of estimating and construction costs

4.负责合同及标书的装订、递送及洽谈。

In charge of bookbinding, submission of contract and tender documents and be engaged in contract negotiation

5.协助招投标工作、核查。

Assisting in bid and tender work and pricing verification

6.协助进行工程成本控制分析、编制估算。

Assisting in project cost control analysis and estimate compilation

7.协助编制资格预审及招标文件。

Assisting in preparation of pre-qualification and tender documents

8.协助计算工程量清单中的单价、对报价进行价格分析。

Assisting in calculate the unit prices in the BOQ and analyzing the tender pricing

9.协助组织投标面试及投标澄清。

Assisting in organization of bid interview and tender clarification

10.协助评标报告的准备、合同文件的准备以及决算书。

Assisting in preparation of bid evaluation report, contract documents and final statement s or reports

11.协助进度款审核包括到工地复核。

Assisting in certification of interim payment including spot verification

12.协助变更审核、维护及更新变更总结。

Assisting in verification of variation, maintain and update variation summaries

13.协助工程变更价款结算及竣工结算，进行计量、复核及核对。

AsAssisting in settlement of project variation cost and final accounts such as calculating, verification and review.

14.通过平时多方面的QS专业工作，增加在QS服务方面的知识和经验；

To gain knowledge and experience in QS services across a broad spectrum of the QS product range.

专业及其它要求：

Professional and other requirements：

1.正直，友善，具有良好的职业精神面貌。

With personality In good faith, honest and friendly, and possess benignly professional sprits

2.专科以上学历，具有工程造价、建筑工程施工与管理、建筑环境与设备、通风与空调工程、给水排水工程、智能化及相关专业专科及以上学历的教育背景。

Junior College degree or above, with engineering cost, construction and management of construction engineering, building environment and equipment, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, intelligent and related professional junior college or above degree of educational background

3.造价咨询、建筑及施工行业1年及以上工作经验；

Have 1 year or above work experience in project estimating, construction industry

4.对手算量、算量软件、套价软件、定额和合约有基本了解。

Basically familiar with estimating software, pricing package software, quota ,contract management and manual calculation of work value.

5.对待工作认真负责，责任心强，善于沟通协调，做事细心严谨，抗压性强。

To treat serious and responsible work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination, careful and rigorous work, strong compression

6.保持良好的团队意识及主动协作精神，能够与公司其他部门及各位同事保持良好的工作协作；

Good teamwork spirit and active collaboration, good relationship with other departments and peers to maintain good collaboration

7.良好的语言沟通能力；

Good communication skills;

8.英语读写流利，具备一定的会话能力；

Fluent in written and reading English, basic ability of conversational competence in English;

9.熟练掌握电脑技能，具备常用软件的应用能力；

Proficient in PC application and Microsoft skills;

10.好学上进能吃苦，能接受因项目原因的加班和出差。
