职位描述
Principal Accountabilities:
1.Planning
Support to strategic proposal for marketing, perform in the strategic planning ( 5 years) and implement the operative planning ( 1 year, marketing plan) in co-operation with Group product manager, marketing director order to increase market share.
2.Take marketing measure and control effectives of all promotional activities
Co-ordinate all product related marketing activities based on the agreed marketing plan. Suggest and create promotional materials and marketing activities (scientific meetings, publication program, etc) in cooperation with group product manager, marketing director, branch product specialist and regional sales director, control the performed marketing activities regarding their impact on sales in order to achieve annual sales revenue.
3.Marketing analysis
Analysis the current and future market events Plan and perform market research activities in coloration with market intelligent staffs. Provide regular report covering sales analysis, competitors, outcome of marketing activities, congress and customers' feedback etc in order to identify the product position, propose and develop counter tactics to expand sales revenue.
4.Training
Prepare and carry out training for sales force in marketing issue and conduct training sessions for new employees in order to MRs detailing capability to take counteraction to marketing issues.
5.Update skills
Update own skills by participating in internal meetings, the relative skills training courses and scientific symposium/congress in order to increase capability to implement marketing effectively.
Knowledge/Experience Required
Knowledge
1.Good communication skills
2.Computer skills: MS-office, internet and basic knowledge of database
Experience
1.University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
2.> 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry marketing
3.> 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry as hospital medical representative will be a plus.
