Description
The AP BTS Sourcing Leader will be responsible for Buy to Sell sourcing initiatives for the ECC AP organization. Position reports ECC Global BTS Sourcing Leader. This role will be leading: AP BTS sourcing team, including recruiting, goal setting, performance assessment, coaching and development, and process improvement and standardization, maximizing procurement spend and process synergies, strategy development/implementation, and being the ECC BTS Sourcing expert for AP market.

This AP sourcing leadership role is responsible for Annual Operation Plan (AOP) goals for AP BTS sourcing which include Productivity, Cycle Time Reductions, Working Capital, and Supplier Performance. Key responsibilities will include:
1. AP BTS Sourcing team leadership
a. Develop and grow a high talent/results oriented AP BTS Sourcing team
b. Organization design reviews and optimization to maximize resources, align principal accountabilities, and develop and enable a high effective sourcing team.
c. Align the BTS strategy with cross functional leader in AP.
d. Asia Sourcing expert on economic, competitive and supply base knowledge
2. Sourcing process improvement and standardization
a. Conducts market research to understand industry, supplier, and competitor trends, develop and implement procurement strategies that are consistent with the ECC AP Sourcing strategy and processes to meet LOB business plans.
b. Work effectively with business development and cross-functional teams to standardize efficient NPI and BTS procurement processes that comply with ECC sourcing processes and drive continuous improvement of these processes to meet LOB goals and sourcing goals.
c. Identify suppliers/ negotiate supply contracts and drive standardized NPI and BTS procurement processes with suppliers to ensure supply chain to become a competitive advantage for Honeywell.
d. Work with business and cross-functional leaders to solve supply chain issues including supply shortages, supplier quality issues and other potential issues.
e. Manage supplier on cost, quality, delivery, services and terms/ conditions to fulfill sourcing goals and LOB goals.
f. Assure full compliance with all applicable legal and company requirements, including the Honeywell Code of Business Conduct, in all Procurement activities.
g. Exposure to Value Engineering, Lean Systems thinker, Change agent.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
1. 4 year Bachelor Degree
2. 5+ years Integrated Supply Chain or Strategic Sourcing experience with Global Manufacturing companies, 3+years people management experience.
3. Extensive Asia sourcing experience
4. Extensive experiences in Sourcing purchase complete products/Buy to Sell
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin languages required, both verbal and written.
Additional Qualifications:
1. Six Sigma certification preferred
2. Engineering Degree
