职位描述
-辨别，挑选，拜访潜在的经销商，与公司总部合作共同发展业务。
-帮助现有经销商拓展业务。
-介绍并推广新产品，根据客户的需要，建议经销商购买什么样的产品。
-与相关的业务员/代理人以及总部，共同组织重要客户参观工厂。
-市场划分需要遵循公司的条例与规则。确保代理人和经销商将价格保持在一个合适的层次，并遵守各自的销售区域。
-对现有的以及新的经销商进行评估（营业额，员工数量，拓展能力，弱势，主要的客户等）
-积极参与欧维素的研讨会（公司介绍，产品介绍等）
-定期与销售总监举行会议，汇报销售人员在工作期间的成就和问题，并提出建议和意见。
职位要求：
-先进的家禽营养技术知识 (蛋鸡/反刍/猪)
-在经销商管理及寻找经销商方面至少2-5年工作经验。 有饲料或预混料行业经验的优先考虑。
-英语良好者优先考虑。
-有饲料和预混料行业经验者优先（在大型国内或国外企业任职过）。
