Responsibilities:
？Support the growth and profitability of the Asia Pacific business in accordance with sBU Chelates & Micronutrients targets and direction by acting as business partner to business manager Asia-Pacific and peers in the regional team with the aim to create value through active contribution to key business initiatives such as business strategy, budgeting process, margin management, OWC management, etc.
？Ensure strong business control including financial planning, analysis and reporting of results for China and other countries in Asia Pacific and also compliance of all business processes and procedures. ？Ensure adequate accounting and controlling procedures and analyses to support plant management in the areas of asset accounting, cost control, investment projects, budgeting, inventory management, cost pricing, etc. ？Ensure strong control on investment projects through adequate execution of authorization procedures and project reporting. ？Give direction and guidance to all plant control activities in compliance with national, statutory and Akzo Nobel requirements. Where applicable collaborate with Shanghai Functional Chemicals functional departments and work within the framework of the company and the sBU. Provide guidance in the Asia Pacific organization regarding Risk Management, Code of Conduct and Compliance issues and manage the In Control process.
Requirements:
？University degree in accounting, finance or economics, 8-10 years of experience (including experience in manufacturing environment) ？Excellent command of MS office and relevant ERP experience (SAP preferred) ？Good communication skills (including English) and analytical capabilities ？Familiar with GAAP, tax rules, internal control policy
