Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1) To source the materials from AVL suppliers to meet RD engineering request date or prototype build.
确保及时从批准供应商获取物料以满足研发工程或者生产的需求。

2) Represent as R&D to audit supplier. Conduct to ensure the contract with supplier includes items of on time delivery, good quality and reasonable price of prototype material.
代表研发稽核供应商，主导与供应商的协议中包含保证研发物料的及时到货, 良好质量和合理价格计算的条款。

3) Monitor new design-in parts to consistent to PSL. To get the quotes from the suppliers on prototype and RTM prices of new parts requested by RD new projects, meanwhile input the price benchmark information in price systems.
控制设计引进的新物料必须与优选供应商清单一致。取得研发项目新物料的供应商的报价包括研发价格和批量价格, 并及时输入到价格系统中。

4) To complete the SAP data with the material master and source list for new material code.
在SAP系统中完成新物料的数据建立与维护。

4） Conduct the regularly review meeting on BOM cost and material status, and feedback quickly to RD /CE team on current material delivery status and long Lead-time part list for alternative solution.
主持研发项目例会讨论BOM价格的状况, 并及时反馈给RD/CE关于目前的研发物料的到货状况, 和长周期物料的清单以得到解决方案。

5） To collect supplier information and documentation such as ROHS/FAI report.
收集供应商的相关信息比如:ROHS/FAI报告等。

6） Coordinate to solve the material quality issue and commercial issues happened in prototype period.
协调解决发生在研发阶段的物料质量问题和商务问题。

7） Confirm factory or CM material quotation in P1 / P2 period and cooperate with Operation for labor cost.
确认P1/P2阶段的工厂或外协的物料报价, 并和运营部门合作确认劳务成本。

Remark: Besides basic responsibilities, the employee should take on the responsibilities defined in the QM System and accomplish the other missions arranged by his/her supervisor.
注：除主要责任外，员工应承担公司质量体系中规定的职责和主管安排的其他工作。

Qualifications/Requirements

1) BS degree or above
本科或以上
2) 3-5 years procurement working experiences.
3-5年的采购工作经验.
3) Fluent written and oral skills in English, and also good communication skills as well
熟练的英语说写能力以及良好的沟通能力
4) Resourceful, creative, business-minded, self-motivated, enjoys challenges and able to work under pressure
聪慧的，有创造性，商业精神，主动性，能接受挑战并在压力下完成工作
5) Good computer knowledge skills on SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

1) Average project material MOC performance（Actual MOC / Target MOC）≤100%, individual project material MOC performance ≤105%. Weight: 30%
平均项目物料成本达标率（实际的MOC价格除以预计MOC价格）≤ 100%，单个项目物料成本达标率 ≤ 105%。比重30 ％
2) Average project material TTM performance (Actual Material Duration / Target Planned Material Duration) ≤110%, individual project material TTM performance ≤120%, key project material TTM performance ≤105%. Weight: 30%
平均项目物料计划完成率（实际项目物料时间除以初始项目计划物料时间）≤ 110％, 单个项目物料计划完成率≤ 120％，关键项目物料计划完成率≤ 105％。比重30 ％
3) Project Development Material Cost: Actual Project Development Material Cost ≤ 120% Target Project Material Budget. Weight: 10%
项目开发物料成本：实际项目开发物料成本≤ 120 ％的目标项目物料预算。比重：10 ％
4) Project BOM cost review with CMs on time (<2 weeks if no PDI update): 90%. Weight: 10%
两周内完成与CM的BOM 价格确认: 90% 达到率 (在PDI没有变化的基础上)。比重：10 ％
5) SAP data maintain (material master / sales orders) 100%. Weight: 10%
确保100%新物料数据保存到SAP（物料数据/销售订单）。比重：10 ％
6) PDMS data input rate: 100% （except Packaging and Label）. Weight: 10%
确保100%PDMS数据输入率 （除包材和标签）。比重：10 ％
