Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. Serve as an expert on driving MRP system with clear understanding of impact on Production plan, Inventory and Finance. 2. Support projects planning, working with relative functions like Commercial, Sourcing, QA/QC, Engineer and Manufacture etc. to coordinate critical issues 3. Collect and analyze data and information to finish reports like OTD, workload, Plan fulfillment etc. 4. Identify new ideas to improve on-time delivery and to reduce Inventory levels 5. Follow up the Slotting plan and Build plan to coordinate the production rhythm with relative functions 6. Work closely with all functions to ensure smooth loading and execution of production 7. Evaluate impact of Engineering Change Order or GRR disposition to take the consequent actions 8. Accomplish additional tasks and jobs assigned by manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing etc.2. >3 years of planning experience, in Oversea company is preferred3. Good at EPR and MPR system and Microsoft office application4. Good oral and written English 5. Good at data process and analysis and reports create6. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
