Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Partner with functional groups to define business requirements and technical solutions Act as project manager to lead vendor and functional user project team to ensure the successful implementation which is on budget, schedule and scope Coordinate program support activities, including the application support team management, trouble shooting, communicating internally as well as externally, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing training plans Lead the requirement analysis and solution design effort, leveraging technical expertise and business process knowledge Lead the design and development of the BI/Data warehouse including data modeling design and ETL procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in IT industryMinimum 3 years of Data Warehousing& Business Intelligence design, development, and implementation experience. (Oracle BI Enterprise Edition is preferred)Engage or lead 2~3 full lifecycle BI implementation projectsFluent with both Chinese and EnglishGood communication skills and supplier management skills

Desired Characteristics

Familiar with Oracle EBS functional or Salesforce.com is a plus
