Responsibility:

1. Purchasing 采购
Effective management and measurement of the purchasing process and assigned staff members.

Setup and evaluate purchasing strategies across different commodities and/or supplier product categories.

Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented to achieve maximum efficiency and reduction of costs

Drive and monitor the consolidation of purchases and suppliers in order to yield cost reductions.

Drive and investigate ways in the reduction of direct costs ( freight, price, insurance)

Hold joint discussions with suppliers in order to address issues of concerns.

Take responsibility for the authorization of direct and indirect purchase orders in accordance with the companies rules and regulations.

Ensure the proper usage of purchasing forms and procedures.

Take the lead in identifying potential E-commerce opportunities with key suppliers.

2. Warehouse/Logistics/Supply Chain 仓库/物流/供应链
Oversee the general operation, effectiveness and optimization of supply chain processes.

Training, guidance and performance monitoring of warehouse workers.

Generate and update monthly statistics on warehouse and back-office operation

Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, where deemed necessary

Motivate, coordinate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set service level targets are met.

Control decision making on outsourcing requirements.

Ensure close collaboration with internal customers in order to achieve a lean, flexible and efficient supply chain process.

Drive and control that all HSE and ISO routines are adhered to in the operation of our warehouse and/or storage facilities.

Requirements:

Above 8 years experience in management/leadership experience in warehousing and logistics
具备8年以上仓库和物流的管理经验
Industrial distribution/ Logistics/ Supply Chain experience

University graduated in Business Management/ Logistics
本科学位，工商管理专业或供应链学科
Experience in distribution background

Good ERP understanding
