Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Work together with New Product Introction (NPI) Leaders, System Engineers & cross functional teams to execute projects and project sub tasks • Lead and support project task execution for MCCBs related products • Execute product , sourced product validation, support design modifications • Track and document by utilizing eNPP, Pro-Engineer and My Work Place processes • Use Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and DFR Methodology to prove and validate functionality and performance • Work closely together with supply chain and suppliers to implement new quality gages and modified designs • Support the System Engineer & Project Leader in developing validation plans, project schedules and facilitating project execution • Bring innovation in the product families to keep our products on the leading edge • Create product documentation and keep it up dated • Prepare data for all technical reviews • Work according the internal standing instructions, design guides and ETP instructions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 3-5 years proven record of engineering analysis and design execution experiences • Ability to communicate effectively across the business • Flexible, motivated and driven to improve • Takes ownership and drives results • Travel is required

Desired Characteristics

• 3-5 Years product design experience especially in Breakers • Green Belt Certified • CAD experiences with Pro-Engineer • Working knowledge with MS office SW, Word, Excel, Power Point… • Experience in product design, LV Distribution Equipment is a plus • Working knowledge of C-change NPI Process is a plus
