• 负责公司人力资源工作的规划，建立、执行招聘、培训、考勤、劳动纪律等人事程序或规章制度
• 负责完成公司年度人力成本预算
• 根据业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划
• 根据招聘计划，组织面试、复试，完成人员配备
• 做好各岗位的职位说明书，并根据公司职位调整做相应变更，确保职位说明书与实际相符
• 更新月度员工变动报告（包括入职、离职、晋升、调动等）
• 做好员工的考勤统计工作
• 负责公司员工福利，社会保险及其他相关劳动年检的办理
• 负责公司员工入离职流程，升职、调薪及纪律处分流程
• 负责员工培训计划
• 受理并及时解决员工投诉及劳动争议事宜
• 负责HRIS系统中员工信息的录入及维护工作
• 提供各类人力资源统计数据及分析表单
• 完成直属经理及总公司人力资源经理交办的工作

行政方面：

• 负责公司办公室的日常运营
• 负责公司办公用品的管理及做好相应的行政成本控制
• 负责组织、协调公司年会、员工活动等
• 管理公司的行政资产及车辆的管理
• 其他直属经理交办的工作

• 本科及以上学历
• 具有5年及以上的人力资源工作经验
• 熟悉人力资源管理资源流程
• 熟悉社保政策及相关的劳动法律法规
• 熟悉办公室的日常行政管理流程
• 具有良好的excel、PPT技能
• 具有良好的英语书写能力
• 具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力
• 抗压能力及适应能力强
• 具备责任心
