Job Overview

-          Conduct the process of foreign trade operations, as well as import and export logistics / documents familiar

-          Making sales contract / Packing list / Sales Invoices & other related docs.

-          Checking & confirm the Shipping documentation with buyers.

-          Tracking the shipping plan with origins & make sure there’s no delay for shipping arrangement.

-          Any emergency issues might happen on the execute process of the contract.

-          Prepare sales reports to team regularly.

-          Assist with local sales, selling contract/documentation/payment tracking & other related jobs.

-          Other works which are required by the supervisor.

Desired Profile

-          Bachelor degree or Master degree, International Trade/English major is preferred.

-          Good communication & negotiation skill.

-          High Responsibility & Efficiency is required.

-          Familiar with ERP is preferred.

-          Fluent English (Written & Oral).
