Job description
Independent reviewer for proposals/projects of medium to large size.
Extensive professional QA and PM knowledge applied to business line / industry objectives.
Advises proposal/project team professionals.
Works effectively with other team members. Negotiates effectively with team members to define problems and establish mutually agreed to solutions.
Fosters and engages in teamwork at management and professional levels.
Interviews project team including key customer personnel.
Recognizes and articulates complex problems identified during reviews relating to solution definition and project performance.
Analyzes problems and suggests solutions. Applies creativity and judgment in assisting proposal and project teams with risk management plans.
Understands proposal/project objectives and applies this understanding during review activities.
Accountable for performing QA assessment and reviews of proposals / contracts in solution design and projects in delivery.
Required Skills
2-3 years of Project Management experience.
3 years of technical /industry /business/delivery experience.
1 -2 major solution offering/design experience.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Project Management experience
At least 3 years experience in technical /industry /business/delivery experience
At least 2 years experience in solution offering/design experience
At least 6 years experience in Project Quality Assurance
