岗位职责：

- Supervising and controlling the manufacture process, according to the work procedures and instructions; 根据程序指导书和工作指导书的规定，监控生产流程

- Control if the work instructions are in place on the lines where she/he is responsable, check if they are applied by the line workers/operators and performs trainings when the content of the work instructions content it is not correctly applied ;检查线上的工作指导书是否适用于该质检员的管辖区域；当线上的工作指导书内容不能与具体工作相符合需对员工进行培训

- Fill the daily quality records, and communicates the information related to possible problems appeared and their solving, with the other area responsible colleagues; 填写日常质量记录，与相关区域负责人沟通可能出现的问题并解决。

- Performs the Line special processes release at the shift begin and records the results of the control in the charts (Regelkarte) 负责每天开班前线上特殊工艺的放行并记录到相应的控制表中。

- Control with the team leader the quality, production, order and discipline on the production line/lines and works together with the team leader for solving the problems ; 与质量，生产组长共同管控解决生产线上的问题

- Inform the Quality shift leader about the production situation and possible quality problems appeared during the working hours ;将工作时间内发生的生产状况和可能出现的质量问题通知质量班长

- Performs the fault-feedback for the faults detected at the Electrical testing table, by explaining the operators which was the fault and which is the corect way to perform the work ; 对电测台发现的缺陷进行快速反映，向操作员解释良品和不良品的区别

- Knows, implement and follow all documents from the KSD Management system according with the requirements from ISO/TS 16949 which are applicable in his activity (Quality Policy, Quality Management Manual, Procedures, Work instructions and the forms related to his activity ). 了解，执行，遵循其职责范围内KSD公司根据质量管理体系制定的质量政策，质量管理手册，程序指导书，工作指导书，表格。

- When there appears customer complaints, attends to the sorting actions ; 出现客诉时参加不合格品的挑选。

-Performs the releases of equipments as in the Production Control Plan ; 依据生产控制计划的规定放行机器

- Responsible for the fault limitation for internal and external complaints ; 负责拦截内部和外部客诉

岗位要求：

- Advanced knowledge of electrical harnesses manufacture after training period; 培训阶段过后对线束制造有一定的了解

- Customer requirements knowledge - harness customer norms and components 了解客户要求，熟悉零部件构造

- Knowledge of technical drawing 会看 图纸

- Knowledge how to use the measurement intruments 会使用测量设备

- Knowledge of the production processes aquired after the internal training 经内部培训后熟悉工厂生产流程
