Specific Responsibilities 具体工作职责
- Develop Quality Mindset within the area; ensure compliance with legal or regulatory requirements and the Baxter Quality System including policies and safety rules.所在职责范围内提高质量意识，确保范围内的流程及日常生产管理符合法律法规及百特质量体系要求，包括百特相关政策及安全规则等；
- Organize the daily production activities according to the master production plan and TJP production capacity, optimize the production processes from raw material to finished products within production.根据生产主计划及生产能力组织日常生产，优化从原料到成品的生产流程；
- Ensure good motivation in production team and good relations to stakeholders.确保良好地激励生产团队及其他职能良好的合作关系；
- Handle any abnormal case (deviation) about RM/equipments and processes.处理有关原材料、工艺及设备的异常情况
- Establish the database timely and properly and find the improvement aspects of production and people management after data analysis. 建立及时准确的数据系统，通过数据分析改进生产管理及人员管理；
-Reach and monitor the relevant departmental KPIs and VIP. 完成及监测部门相关的KPI及VIP
- Complete the relevant projects as the project leader within production area. 作为项目的领导完成生产相关的项目；
- Share the knowledge to the employees and transfer the information between the management team and employees.分享知识给团队成员并在管理层与员工之间传达相关信息；
- Establish the production procedure and complete the validation activities within production.建立生产流程及完成设备验证活动；
- Setup the KAIZEN system and organize to complete the improvement suggestion.建立持续改进体系并组织完成合理的改进建议
- Build up a good team and the good working climate. 建立 一支良好的团队并在团队内部建立良好的工作氛围；
- Build up the EMS culture within production and improve the leadership. 建立良好的EMS文化并提升领导力水平；
- Set up the goal and evaluates the yearly/quarterly performance of the employees, to ensure the good performance of the team 制定员工年度/季度目标并评估员工绩效，确保良好团队绩效；
- Hiring people and take charge of probation management for new employees. 招聘员工并负责员工试用期评估；
- Assist to setup the departmental budget and monitor the expenses related to production to keep expenditures within acceptable budget limits. 协助制定并控制部门预算，确保预算控制在可接受范围内；
- Build up the employee’s competency and the developmental organization within area.建立员工能力以满足组织发展需要；
- Coordinating the Manufacturing Solution with other sites or functions. 与其他工厂或职能协作解决生产中遇到的问题；
- Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to process engineer, responsible for the EHS within the production area overall.
- 理解并执行百特公司EHS对该职位的相关政策，负责生产的EHS。

Requirements 职位要求
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy. Higher degree is plus.本科或以上学历，机械、电气工程或化学、药学等相关专业
- GMP training熟悉GMP管理要求
- Excellent command of written and spoken English 良好英语说写能力
- Proven 5~8 years project or production experience pharmaceutical industry. 5~8年药品生产或项目管理经验
- Minimum 3~5 years of proven supervisor skills 3~5年生产管理经验
- Proven international experience from another international company. 国际化公司工作经验
- Strong team oriented and results oriented person. 以团队及结果为导向
- Communication skills with diversified cross function teams. 与不同职能的沟通技能
- High level of attention to detail. 注重细节
- Strong analytical skills and decision making. 较强分析及决定能力
- Organisation, planning and follow-up skills for the assignments. 组织、计划及任务的跟进技能；
- Excellent manufacturing skill. 精艺生产技能。
