Mission/Position Summary:
Manages and facilitates all required HR System testing activities (e.g SAP, CDP, EC), facilitates second level support and coordinates third level support with internal and external providers. Manages change requests and incidents.
Responsibilities:
1, HR System Operations and Support
1) Provide second level support for local key users, across multiple countries within Region APAC
2) Ensure preparation and execution of mass data changes for APAC locations
3) Ticketing in HPSM (Ticketing tool HP Service Manager)
4) Act as a senior level staff to deliver necessary coaching and training to junior team member
2, HR System Change Request and Incident Management
1) First validation of change requests and forwarding to service provider or HR IT for further validation
2) Documentation of change requests and of their realization
3) Solve/work on incident cases as second level support
4) Forward and align incident cases with third level support if necessary
5) Ensure documentation of all incidents in HPSM tool
3, HR System Training
1) Coordinate, prepare and facilitate key user training
2) Generate training documentations for key users
4, HR System Testing
1) Test delivered system changes in alignment with local key users
2) Test coordination of legal change patches with local key users and HR IT
3) Ensure corresponding test documentation
5, Process Optimization
Conduct customer satisfaction survey, analyzing feedback and working out continuous improvement plan which is to be implemented;
Manage customer’s expectation and satisfaction through continuous improvement action taken by you
6, HR System Vendor Management
1)Vendor SLA control and monitor vendor’s performance
2)Tackle medium-level issue and work with vendor on the action list and improvement plan

1, Bachelor’s Degree Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, HRIS. Graduate Degree Preferred
2, Significant experience in HR system operations and application management;
3, Experience in HR related functions in a global organization;
4, Specific Skills and Abilities (In Order of Importance): Efficient Self Management; Able to work under pressure; Good Interpersonal/ Communication; Customer Service Orientations.
5, Language requirements: Fluent in Chinese and English, Korea speaking is plus.
