Job Purpose 岗位目的:

  

To support facility including facility equipment, building, infrastructure, gardening pest control   maintenance activities in term of cost effective, energy efficient, safe and compliant supply of all Utilities services to meet all customer and regulatory requirements.

  To support annual GMP, Engineering and EHS objectives  

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:

  

• Supporting and Implement Energy consumption and conservation on the site.

• To ensure all facility & utility work compliance including EHS & GMP, GSK Engineering Standards and local legislation.

• First touch for any operational issues

• Through implementation of PM items to ensure minimum engineering related downtime on production

• Improve  preventative maintenance by proper tools

• Responsible for responsible system equipment procurement and installation of spare parts.

• Implement minor facility  improvement OE and CAPEX projects

• Manage facility  contractors

• Train the on-shift contractors

• To own site special equipment routine management.

• Apply proper tools in incident investigation and CAPA.

• Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, GSK standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Ensure all changes are appropriately assessed and managed through the site change control process for maintenance

• Working and managing roles defined in site Engineering TA register for different system including contractors.

• Ensure that all site GMP data and documents are recorded and managed using Good Documentation Practices and following company Data Integrity principles

• Any other tasks assigned by line manager

  

Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:

  

The job holder should hold a  junior college degree or equivalent and be a chartered  diploma holder in a relevant

  

Engineering discipline.

  

• At least 3 years of operation of the utilities provision and facilities management.

• Hold 1-2 certificates of 高低压证、司炉证、锅炉证、水化验.

• Implementation of best practices, both within and external to GSK.

• Basic understanding of all engineering disciplines applied in pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

• Understanding of the regulatory standards which apply to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in the areas of EHS&GMP and local related legislation.

• Special equipment operation license and 3 years boiler operation/management experience.

• English including reading and written, good oral English is preferred.
