1. Creates new project form frame (Following sales request or Management request) and initiates new R&D and Innovation project approval. Develops project plan and creates project on the Information system according to predefined procedure.

2. Leads end to end product design phase such as preparing design initiation form, performing equipements, tools and raw materials availability assessement, preparing and issuing samples production order, supervising samples production, preparing and issuing testing requests and reviewing test results. Finalizes DFMEA, cable definition products/ process and production synoptic and initiates design phase validation. Updates accoordingly project status.

3. Leads initial samples production and validation phase activities such as production line, equipement, tools, and raw materials assessment and preparation, initial samples production order preparation and issue, supervision of initial samples production, assessement of process performance and quality results and realization of machine capability on defined caracteristics. Prepares testing requests, reviews test results and updates accordingly industrialization files.

4. Prepares the PPAP/EMPB files and product sample and sends to direct customer. Prepares the technical files according to the OEM requirements and sends the technical files to the customer managers. Follows up direct customers and and OEM approval (PSW).

5. Leads industrialization phase including readiness assessement of serial production and coordination with all involved parties to prepare serial production launch including tooling requirement preparation, equipements validation, raw material plan update, product & process documents update (PFMEA, Test plan, Process parameters, Instructions, etc.). Initiates approval of serial production readiness and launch serial production.

6. Monitors post-launch production results (process capability, performance result, control results,etc.) and provides required support for Problem solving (if needed). Initiates validation of serial production, updates and closes the Industrialization project.

7. Reviews R&D and Innovation KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet Company's objectives.

8. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
