职位描述

JOB PURPOSE ？

To work closely with the head of HR, Learning & Development on the creation and implementation of programs and initiatives in the areas of talent management, engagement, competency management, and individual development. ？ Assist/lead/implement/initiate programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool; ？

Helps management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Target selection:

· Responsible for hiring new budgeted positions and replacement for structure team;

· Conduct exit interview, analyze attrition reasons and submit regular report;

· Manage, monitor all hiring channels internally and externally throughout China + HKG, review the usage and cost effectiveness, as well as the channels’ efficiency;

· Streamline all entities’ recruitment and on-boarding process, make sure the aligned process from screening to final on-boarding, including forms, applications, system checking in, health check, personal files information completion, etc; Talent management:

· Partner with department leadership and HR other functional head on all things talent including, talent movement, employee development, succession planning, performance and soft skill training;

· Assists in the creation and maintenance of talent management materials, presentations and communications; · Manage campus recruitment program, including constant development of the program, increase the attractiveness of the program, target campus/university communication and on-site presentation, internal and inner-group communication to facilitate/monitor the implementation of each cohort, follow up with the rotation plan, keeping frequent feedback sessions with the committee;

· Manage talent characteristic/behavioral assessment tool, help entities’ in evaluating the talents where needed; exposing local options if needed;

· Liaise with learning & development in developing competency map which helps bring in selection criteria and development programs for respective career path; Others:

· Keep China + HKG organization charts updated constantly, down to entity level;

· Keep China + HKG Job Description library updated and comprehensively;

· Deliver talent related topics/trainings to relevant group where there is a need;

· Reporting support on talent topics;

· Others tasks requested by HR director

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

· Suggestions and recommendation to polish current programs;

· Frequent communication with entity HR team;

· Internal HR audit may require.

MAJOR CHALLENGES

· Resources/budget utilization, ability to convince

· Skilful communication within matrix organization

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

· Proven experience as talent acquisition, talent management or similar

· Current knowledge of effective talent management methods

· Solid organizational and project management skills

· Proven ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization, including senior management

· Proficient in MS Office

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

· Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

· BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field

· Global & Cultural Awareness.

· Excellent written and verbal English

· Team player and good interpersonal skills to manage relationships under matrix organization
