1. In charge of all structure relevant technical work, including design/design coordination on concept or construction drawing design, tendering work, site technical management, design change control and other work arranged by PM/DM

负责本专业所有技术相关工作，包括方案和施工图设计/设计协调、招投标、工地技术管理、变更控制等所有项目经理/设计经理安排的工作。

2. Lead coordination with LDI, review design drawing and follow up the result.

主导与设计院结构专业的设计沟通、协调，审核设计图纸，给出专业意见并跟踪落实。

3. Prepare technical tendering document, give technical evaluation on proposal. Be involved in cost estimation and control of structure.

负责制定专业相关招标技术文件，参与技术标的评比。参与项目结构专业的成本核算和控制。

4. Coordination with other disciplines (construction, quality), lead technical solution of structure relevant issue. Complete or manage LDI to complete design change in time, be involved in the evaluation of design change, control major design change.

与项目相关部门（施工、质量）进行结构专业衔接，主导项目结构专业技术问题的解决。按时/组织督促设计院按时完成设计变更，参与变更评审，控制重大设计变更。

Requirements岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering or Similar. 建筑工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

2. 0ver 5 years working experiences in design/project management. 5年以上设计/项目管理经验。

3. Industry design/project management experience is preferred. 工业项目设计/项目管理工作经验优先。

4. Strong technical background, experience in AutoCAD，PKPM and other design & calculation software专业基础知识扎实，熟练使用AutoCAD、PKPM系列软件及其他设计计算软件。

Team work and self-motivation. 具备团队协作精神，工作积极主动。
