Responsibilities:
Prepare month end closing
Maintain proper documentation and voucher filing system
Responsible for the account payable function for different countries
Arrange accruate and timely payment through e-banking system
Ensure the payments are comply with the corporate policy
Handling the intercompnay cross charge invoice and settlement
Responsible for mthly intercompany reconciliation

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, major in accounting or finance
Minimum over 3 years accounting experience
Working experience in multi-national company
Be familiar with finance system and office software program
Good command of both written and spoken English
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good team player and strong interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Effective communication and able to work with people from diverse culture
