Essential Responsibilities

1. Make sure to complete the production plan and keep on time delivery. Communication with other department, solve problems in production process. Developing of production plan and allocation of necessary labor recourses and raw material supply according to sales forecast in SAP system. 2. Update material and product inventory information on time; 3. Minimize the inventory level which targeted by management. Ensure the LEAN manufacturing principle is well implemented in production planning; 4. Supervise material handlers to complete material handling work, such as packaging and loading product, unloading and delivering raw materials; 5. Closely work with warehouse, purchase, finance, sales, engineering and service departments to ensure smoothly implementation of production and supply plan; 6. Provide regular production cost analysis and budget forecast.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required EducationBachelor degree in engineer or related majorRequired Experience3 years above working experience with production planning, experience in electrical device manufacturer is preferred.Specialized Knowledge/Skills1. Very good organization and planning skill2. Good communication and teamwork skills with various departments3. Good English communication skills 4. Familiar with MS office applications5. Can use Access, MS project, SAP and ERP skillfully
