Required Experience:
Functional - Over 3-5 years of proven marketing experience with FMCG, Sports or Retail companies
Industry - Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
Exposure - Sports, brand/category marketing, trade marketing
Bachelor's Degree in business related discipline is required
Outlook - basic
Word - advanced
Excel - advanced
PowerPoint - advanced
Business Objects - basic
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
Basic understanding of marketing as brand building tool
A passion for and an understanding of the category along with the desire to translate the passion into building the adidas brand in the region
Strong team player
Very high level of integrity
Communication skills
Responsibilities:
Maintain range files and overall planning tools
Organize and update market data to be used for business analysis and strategy planning
Support in consolidating commercial input process with full cross-functional collaboration taking into account regional needs and customer/consumer insights
Support the transfer product knowledge to sales & marketing teams to ensure consistent understanding towards products/key concepts to be able to present a professional image in front of both customers and consumers.
Ensure constant coordination and alignment with Brand Comms/Retail Marketing/Sport Mktg/Operations/Planning teams to have integrated and on-time category product launches
Support and organize trade meeting presentations, tools and packages
Support CM in the following:
Seasonal preparation process to facilitate company business cycle
